Delete system classes

You can delete a class only if it is not present in any project's label center. Classes that can be deleted have a checkbox next to them and the delete option available.

On the Classes page, you can delete classes that are used in models or datasets but not present in the label center of any project. These classes will be automatically recreated when needed.

Deleting a class will never delete annotations of that class or influence the ability of a model to predict that class.

To delete a class

  1. On the menu, go to System > Classes.
  2. In the list of classes, select the checkboxes next to the classes that you want to delete.

  3. On the toolbar, click Delete.

    Alternatively, to delete a class, click the ellipsis button, and then select Delete.

Removing a class from a project does not delete that class. To delete it, first remove the class from a project and then delete the class from the Classes page.
